At the exchange, representatives of Department of Science and Technology of Ha Giang province said, up to the present time, the province is facing many difficulties in the production due to the lack of specialized tools.

In addition, according to Mr. Phan Dang Dong, Deputy Director of Ha Giang Department of Science and Technology, the province is implementing a model of hi-tech agriculture so that it is planning to learn experiences and management methods from other localities.

The Department of Science and Technology of Ha Giang expressed their desire to support the transfer of software evaluation technology of enterprises.

Also at the exchange time, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology Nguyen Viet Dung openly shared the measures that Ha Giang province should pay special attention to improve production efficiency.

According to the suggestion of the representative of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City, in order to be effective in improving production capacity, Ha Giang province needs to select key sectors. For example, if the province has 10 economic sectors, consider how to select the most important sector to focus on development, then encourage enterprises to participate.

Besides, Director of Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City also said that Ha Giang needs innovation in the production process in order to improve the quality of its products, especially the strengths of local specialties."

In addition, Mr. Dung added, "There are a lot of businesses that are still confused about startup. Startup is not businesses that sell what's available, it is called business.  Startup is businesses must research and create what is not available, or improve existing ones, to bring about high productivity."
