7. Institute of Intellectual Property Science.

8. Research and Development Institute.

9. Institute for Inventions and Technology Exploitation.

10. Research and Development Center of Science and Technology Communication.

11. Center for Research and Development of International Integration of Science and Technology.

12. Office of key state level programs.

13. Quality Accreditation Office.

14. The Office for Registration of Scientific and Technological Activities.

15. Office of National Science and Technology Programs.

16. Vietnam E-newspaper (abbreviated as VnExpress).

17. Science and Technique Publishing House.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing and replaces the Prime Minister's Decision No. 301 / QD-TTg of February 27, 2014 on promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Science and Technology.

According to Decree 95/2017 / ND-CP dated 16/8/2017 on regulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of MOST, organizational structure, Ministry of Science and Technology has 25 subordinate units, in which there are 21 administrative units assisting the Minister in performing the state management function and four republic organizations serving the state management of the Ministry.
