At the press conference, representatives of the Ministry of Science and Technology said that in 2018, S & T will focus on implementing eight key tasks. The first is to improve the legal framework guiding the implementation of the Law on Technology Transfer (amended).

Secondly, prioritize to enhance the efficiency of S & T tasks associated with enterprises, developing the value chain of key national products with export potential and high economic value. Promote the application of technology, especially high technology.

Thirdly, to review and implement measures to remove difficulties and problems in the registration of S & T enterprises; implementing high technology absorption capacity tasks moves the focus and subjectivity of applied research into the enterprise sector and etc.
