Vietnam - Korea: Promoted opportunities for cooperation in dioxin treatment and land resource improvement

On the morning of February 28, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Vo Tuan Nhan met and worked with the mission of BJC Korea to promote the opportunity to cooperate in treatment of herbicide residues during the war in Vietnam and the restoration of land resources during the Korea President's visit to Vietnam in the coming time.

Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Vo Tuan Nhan said at the meeting.
Attending the meeting, there were Deputy Minister, representatives of leaders of International Cooperation Department, Vietnam Department of Environment, Office of Steering Committee 33, Vietnam Association for Nature and Environment Protection. On the Korean side, there were Mr. Kim Taehwan, Director General of the Department of International Trade Cooperation, Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises, and startup; Mr. Choi Young Seol, Director of BJC Company, Korea.
At the meeting, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment had a presentation on the activities of BJC Korea using microbial technologies to remove dioxin at A Sho airport, A Luoi district, Thua Thien Hue province and the South Korean proposal for advocacy and support activities to continue in the coming time.
