Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology has issued Decision No. 414 / QD-BKHCN on the plan to deploy digital signature in the Ministry in 2018 with the aim of enhancing the security, confidentiality and reliability of e-documents when exchanging through the network environment. In addition, this plan also aims to strengthen the use of electronic documents, restricts the use of paper documents in the Ministry of Science and Technology.

The deployment of digital signature is conducted in 3 phases, phase 1 will be implemented until the end of quarter 2/2018 at the Center of Information Technology - Ministry of Science and Technology; Phase 2 will be implemented in the third quarter and at the Ministry's office; Phase 3 will be implemented in the fourth quarter and in units under the Ministry.
