On March 11, 2018, the Prime Minister signed Decree 38/2018 / ND-CP on regulating detailed investment in small and medium enterprises.

This Decree guides investment for small and medium enterprises to start creative activities; Establishment, organization and management of innovative start-up investment funds and the mechanism for using local budgets to invest in small and medium-sized businesses. |
