Vietnam - Singapore: Strengthened cooperation in the fields of standardization, metrology and quality

In the framework of the official visit and work of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in Singapore, on April 25, 2018, representatives of the Directorate for Standards and Quality – Vietnam Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and representatives of the Singaporean Standardization Organization (Singapore businesses) signed MOU on cooperation in standardization and conformity assessment.

On behalf of the leaders of MOST, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Mr. Nguyen Nam Hai, Deputy Director of Standard, Metrology and Quality, participated in the mission.
In the presence of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Singapore Prime Minister Ly Hien Long, Deputy Director Nguyen Nam Hai and Deputy Director of National Standardization of Singapore in charge of quality and standardization Choy Sauw Kook has signed the MOU on cooperation in the field of standardization and conformity assessment.
