Currently, coconut is a key product, with high economic value of Ben Tre, to enhance the value of coconut trees in general, in the past, Ben Tre province has invested in farming and technology research, processing, machinery and equipment to support mechanization, transfer of processing technology, and at the same time develop linkage models to promote brand and consumer markets.
Specific objectives of the project are to research and manufacture a device system for mechanizing the processing of coconut materials including: cutting, separating and cleaning coconut brown husk with a capacity of 1,000 fruits / hour and coconut. After separating coconut meets the processing stages of the next product, the coconut skull after separation serves for the production of coal.
Through research, the team has built a mechanized process of cutting granules, separating and cleaning coconut shells.
After separating the shell, the surface of the brown coconut husk is also cleaned, however, due to the actual effect, it is necessary to have a finishing step to remake some pieces of remained brown coconut shells (about 5%).
The project has been highly appreciated by the Science and Technology Council for its research direction, results and effectiveness. The project has reached the objectives and contents. In order to improve, the Council also proposed the authors to edit the layout for reasonable presentation, add some pictures to illustrate the actual operation of the equipment. |
