According to the Organization Board, the competition aims to create and promote the spirit of nnovation startup in staffs, lecturers, pupils, students of Hue University in particular and spread the innovation startup spirit in the whole society in general.

In addition, the competition also seeks to select and cultivate creative, unique start-up ideas to organize incubation; selecting high feasible projects and ideas to participate in the start-up competition of Thua Thien Hue province in 2019 and the contest "Seeking talent for innovation startup" in the Central Coast and Central Highlands in 2019.

Participating in this contest has nearly 40 projects and ideas. After the preliminary and semi-final rounds, the organization Board selected 16 ideas, the project entered the final round and selected 8 ideas to present at the final round.

As a result, the first prize belongs to Gender project - The solution of sex education for children of the group of students at Hue University of Economics. In addition to the winner of the championship team of VND 15 million, this project team also won a nursery prize worth VND50 million. Moreover, the Second Prize belongs to Loto - Local Tour project" of students of Hue University of Science; The third prize belongs to the Healthy Drink project "Health Drink" by a group of students at Hue Pedagogical University.
