In the first quarter of 2020, the market management force (QLTT) nationwide detected and handled 37,414 violations, an increase of 123.58% compared to the same period in 2019. Of these, 10,720 were trafficked, illegally transfer banned goods and smuggled goods; 11,815 commercial fraud cases; 14,879 cases of producing and trading in fake goods. This shows that the level of infringement of fake goods is increasingly complex, sophisticated and professional.

Currently, trade transactions are becoming more and more convenient and diverse, especially non-traditional transaction methods, including booming e-commerce (e-commerce), which is a favorable environment for vices of counterfeit goods, infringement of increased intellectual property rights. These violations are increasing and it is very difficult to identify the violating subjects and violation behaviors to handle.
