The 11th Green Product Consumption Campaign in 2020 will take place from June 6 - 30, 2020 with many environmental activities and projects is to promote the trend of green consumption in the community. Green consumption in 2020 aims to synchronously implement 2 solutions: Increasing community awareness through corporate brand communication strategy associated with social responsibility activities and safe products for consumers, friendly with environment; Stimulating consumer demand - in particular, Co.opmart supermarket system develops promotion policies, sales policies with preferential prices combined with the arrangement of separate display areas for environmentally friendly products of Green businesses, businesses perform well environmental protection.
According to the Organization Board, before the situation of COVID-19 translation is still complicated in many countries around the world, this year's Green Consumer campaign will flexibly convert most of the activities into online forms (online). Volunteers do not need to gather in large numbers and still use social networks as a tool to share and spread information to help the campaign achieve the desired goals.
Also with the ultimate goal of fundraising, the Green Living Challenge project changed its approach to information and sharing mainly by social networks. Another special feature of this Green Consumer Campaign is to expand the implementation of the relay with Green Consumers project (03 weeks starting from June 6). Co.opmart supermarket system continues to maintain the method of changing the product identification system at the supermarket system. With products of businesses that do well in protecting the environment, responsible for the living environment will be identified with a different symbol to help consumers easily identify when participating in product consumption at supermarket. |
