The Council members discussed, assessed, analyzed the name, content and expected results of the proposed science and technology tasks and orders for 2021 in the field of food technology with ideas, such as studying mango treatments to extend the shelf life; Diversify products made from abalone mushrooms; Researching and applying advanced technology in processing and diversifying products from guava raw materials in Can Tho city; Researching on the application of plastic drying technology to process tropical fruit materials in Can Tho city; Research technological process for producing orange products and apply them in trial production; To complete processing of Ha Chau strawberry juice and initially complete the production process from by-products obtained in the processing of Ha Chau beverage and wine.
