Mr. Dinh Huu Phi - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, Chairman of the Department of Emulation and Reward Council spoke at the open ceremony of Conference.
Attending the Conference, there were representatives of the Department of Emulation and Reward, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Party Committee and the Leaders of the National Office of Intellectual Property, Leaders of units under the Department, collectives and individuals achieved high achievements in the emulation movement in the years of 2017-2019, the advanced collectives and individuals in the recent years.
The conference aimed to summarize the work of emulation, commendation and of Vietnam in the past 5 years, evaluate the achieved results; identify limitations and exist; devise directions, objectives, tasks and solutions of emulation, commendation and emulation movements in the coming time.
The conference is also an opportunity to honor and praise the typical and advanced collectives and individuals in the emulation movement selected from the units of the Department, praising good and effective ways to apply, widely use, spread the spirit of innovation, continue to promote the emulation movement of the Department to be increasingly developed both in width and depth. In the opening speech of the Conference, Mr. Dinh Huu Phi - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, Chairman of the Department of Emulation and Reward Council emphasized the importance of emulation and commendation. Recalling the teaching of President Ho Chi Minh, "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism must be emulated, emulators are the most patriotic people", Mr. Dinh Huu Phi also sent a message to all civil servants, officers and employees of the Department should constantly explore, emulate innovation and creativity in professional work, making an important contribution to the successful completion of the political duties of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. |
