The idea was implemented within the framework of the graduation project, thanks to the support from the instructors and the orders from the business, Dang Hong Quan's team created the car washer like a sprayer passed water, brushed snow, scoured, sprayed dirt.

The machine works according to the principle of operation thanks to the car wash system, spraying water, spraying snow foam, waiting for 30 seconds for the snow foam to absorb, cleaning the stains, then spraying water to wash it many times to ensure no leave stains on the car.

According to Quan, “the core issue is to calculate the kinetics so that the water jets from the required number of spray nozzles as well as the opening of each spray nozzle have enough force, the most effective work of cleaning stains but not making the paint surface scratched.”

The machine is composed of 6 spray nozzles with a drive mechanism that increases the contact area with the vehicle's surface, providing a flexible washing ability, which can be adjusted water pressure through control using PLC programming (stable running, suitable for motors, pumps with large capacity).

From concept to reality, Quan group spent more than 4 months with many designs and drawings. “Sometimes we have to accept a non-optimal option that meets the cost needs and reduces the cost of the product. Initially the enterprise supported 50 million VND, then increased to 100 million VND for the group to successfully implement this product ”- Quan shared.

So far, the product has been assessed to meet the set requirements, being continuously invested, improved and perfected in practical applications (such as developing auxiliary pump systems). This automatic car washer has been developing free car wash for students and people around the school in Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City.
