The Covid-19 set of solutions for epidemic prevention technology in the new situation is a combination of propaganda measures to raise public awareness, technological solutions, and administrative measures of the Government, including:

- Propaganda and advocacy to all subjects and sectors of the society;

- Install and use COVID-19 anti-epidemic suite, including Bluezone contact tracking application.

- Scan QR code to record arrival and departure at public places, places where people gather. Objects mentioned in the document include: households, apartment buildings, schools, offices, meetings, car terminals and public transport, shopping malls, supermarkets, industrial parks, factories, business establishments, wholesale markets, people's markets.

The set of solutions is built on the motto "prevention is better than cure" and only promotes the highest efficiency if it is deployed and ready before there is an infection outside the community.

In the measures taken by the guide, scanning QR codes in public places plays an important role. When people go to public places, crowded with people, they need to comply with QR code scanning requirements to record arrival / departure and close contact record using Bluezone application on smartphones. The Management agency of public places need to register to become quarantine points and generate QR codes for their locations, asking residents to scan QR on arrival and departure.

The more people install and use, the more effective the application will be. In that spirit, the document sets out solutions to encourage each citizen to actively install digital applications for themselves and their families; request agencies, organizations and enterprises to promote communication and mobilize employees and workers to install and use the solution; and in particular emphasize the role of the local authorities in directing propaganda and popularization of the people.
