The event within the framework of Vietnam Innovation and Startup Festival 2022 - Techfest Vietnam 2022, is held in the form of live combined online with the main bridge at the Cultural Convention Center of Lai Chau and 90 bridge points at district and commune level in the whole province.

Attending the Forum, at the Provincial Bridge, on the side of the Central Committee, there were comrades: Tran Van Tung - Deputy Minister of Science and Technology; Hoang Cong Doan - Vice Chairman of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Chairman of Vietnam Investment & Startup Club; leaders of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministries: Science and Technology, Finance; Culture - Sports and Tourism, Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade; experts, speakers on innovation startup and etc.

Speaking at the Forum "Youth with Innovation Startup", Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Tran Van Tung emphasized that startup is an opportunity for Lai Chau youth to create useful values. Sharing difficulties, obstacles and lessons learned in innovation startup, Deputy Minister Tran Van Tung suggested that Lai Chau youth need to actively study to continue to improve high knowledge of implementing innovation startups; being brave, confident, dare to think, dare to do, accept challenges to implement innovative startups; connect with domestic and foreign innovation start-up organizations for advice and support in the implementation process.

Within the framework of the Forum, Lai Chau youth discussed and shared with leaders, innovation startup experts and the Youth Union of the Ministry of Science and Technology about difficulties and suggestions of young people in starting a business; experiences in building youth innovation start-up support organizations; the plan to build a suitable innovative startup ecosystem to the characteristics of Lai Chau province; solutions to promote the spirit of startup and improve the effectiveness of supporting youth start-ups... At the launching forum of the Investment and Startup Club of Lai Chau province with more than 150 members.

Within the framework of the series of events, the Youth Union of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the secretary of the Youth Union of the Ministry for the term of 2017 - 2022 Le Vu Tien received a certificate of merit from the leader of Lai Chau Province for outstanding achievements in organization and contribution to Vietnam Innovation and Startup Festival - Techfest 2022 in Lai Chau.
