Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Solutions Joint Stock Company (VAIS) was established in 2018 when the founding team realized that speech recognition technology on the market was still limited at that time. Focusing on investment and research, only about a year later, the artificial intelligence product Memobot was born.

Memobot is being used in meetings of National Assembly, Government and many state agencies. Previously, in 2019, VAIS's solution was successfully tested at the 7th session of the XIV National Assembly and received a letter of commendation from the secretary general of the National Assembly, then it continued to be applied at meetings of the National Assembly so far. Notably, Memobot can also automatically recognize, interrupt each word of many people, even connect to ChatGPT to summarize the meeting contents to serve users with higher needs.

Memobot has been put on the Apple store and Play store to serve individual users. Currently, there are about 5,000 app users and the growth rate of new registered accounts is about 2%-3%/month. According to information recorded by VAIS, about 70% of users are journalists, lawyers, the rest are digital content creators.
