Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology has just sent an official document to agencies and organizations about the selection of scientific and technological works and creative solutions (in the fields of natural science, science and technology, social sciences and humanities) to introduce to the Steering Committee for selection, editing, publication and distribution of the Vietnam Innovation Yellow Book. Works and solutions must win prizes in competitions organized by ministries, branches, members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City and  Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee  from January 1, 2021 to July 30, 2023 ( does not consider works and solutions published in the Vietnam Innovation Yellow Book).
