Press emulation block - Center - Publisher (Block) consists of five units: Center for Research and Development of Science and Technology Communication; Vietnam Science and Technology Magazine; Scientific and technical Publisher; Center of Information and Technology; Vnexpress Electronic Newspaper held a conference to review the work of emulation and commendation in the first 6 months of 2023.

On behalf of the Emulation Block, Mr. Ha Quoc Trung, Director of Information Technology Center, Head of Block reported on the emulation and commendation work of the Block. Accordingly, in the first 6 months of 2023, the block has well implemented emulation themes, promoted innovation in content and methods of organizing movements based on patriotic emulation movements in the new period. Promote innovation, strengthen coordination among units in the Block in order to effectively carry out the political tasks of each unit.

Responding to the emulation movement in the period of 2021-2025 with the theme "Solidarity, discipline, innovation and efficiency", the Emulation Block signed the Emulation Covenant in 2023 with the theme "Solidarity, discipline, improving the effectiveness of science, technology and innovation communication". Units of the Block have actively implemented and concretized emulation movements by building regulations, regulations and emulation targets according to the characteristics of each unit.

With the particularity of the Block operating in the field of communication and information technology, on the basis of the guiding documents of the Emulation and Commendation Council of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the member units in the Block actively and promptly updated the content of newly issued documents, emulation movements on information sites, published many articles for propaganda and dissemination of the content of regulations, guidelines and communication of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
