The meeting to exchange and give opinions on the content of the outline, the funding to refute the project; the progress of the counter-argument (refutation time); review and add relevant documents for the Refutation Council. In addition to the content of discussion and exchange, some members of the refutation Council have additional opinions on the method of counter-argument the form of individual feedback reports, the time to send the refutation report, the time of the meeting to approve the project refutation report, and relevant documents for the refutation work. The exchanged contents are exchanged, informed and clarified by the Chairman of the refutation council for the council members.
