The program consists of four modules, lasting for two years 2023 and 2024, with the participation of 46 learners who are IP experts selected from the National Office of Intellectual Property, a number of universities and research institutes with experiences in the field of intellectual property. The learners of the Training Program will be a source of potential lecturers, participating in training and propaganda activities of the National Office of Intellectual Property in the future.

In 2023, the National Office of Intellectual Property coordinated with WIPO to organize the first two modules with the topics Basic teaching methods on IP and Intellectual Property Commercialization and Management in online form. The content of the modules was developed by WIPO experts based on the practical basis and needs of IP training activities in Vietnam.

According to the plan, the next two modules with the expected topics of Intellectual Property Rights in the digital environment and advanced teaching methods will continue to be implemented this year.

After completing the four modules of the Program, the NOIP will consider proposing to WIPO to complete the content of these modules to deploy to a wider range of training subjects.
