He emphasized that, in the past time, the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam and the Institute of Electronics, Informatics and Automation Research have had close and effective cooperation, contributing to the development of the intellectual property system with many practical values for society. He also affirmed that, based on the foundation of this Memorandum of Understanding, the two sides will jointly make efforts to carry out specific activities to improve the effectiveness of training, especially online courses on intellectual property.

The signing ceremony was not only an official forum, but also a valuable opportunity for leaders and staffs of the two units to exchange rich experiences. Thereby, they had in-depth discussions on strategic directions that the two sides could implement in the future, thereby gradually contributing to the effective implementation of the Party and State's policies in the fields of science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
