In the workshop, there were Ms. Phung Thi Kim Nga, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of departments, agencies, scientists and representatives of startups in the province. Mr. Luong Van Long, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, in his opening speech, emphasized the great role of science and technology in promoting innovation, and affirmed the province's commitment to building a solid foundation to become a regional and national innovation center.

The presentations are not only strategic but also provide specific guidance to enhance competitiveness and promote creative potential in the field of science and technology at Vinh Phuc enterprises.
