At the event, senior leaders of the Party and State will be present, along with members of the Central Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation, including Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, the Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and General Luong Tam Quang, the Minister of Public Security. The "Digital Education for All" platform will officially operate from April 1, 2025, with a national training and coaching model to serve the country's digital transformation process.
The "Digital Education for All" platform movement was initiated under the direction of General Secretary To Lam, aiming to improve people's education and digital skills, continuing the spirit of the "Popular Digital Education" movement launched by President Ho Chi Minh. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stressed that this movement must become a revolutionary, nationwide movement, leaving no one behind, with the goal of harmonizing personal interests and the common interests of the country. He also appreciated the efforts of relevant agencies in preparing for this launching ceremony.
To carry out the movement, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education and Training to develop a digital competency framework and provide appropriate documents for each subject. He specifically called on officials, civil servants and workers to improve their digital skills, in order to optimize the use of digital platforms. The Prime Minister also asked media agencies to step up information and propaganda about the movement, with the belief that "Digital education for All" platform will contribute to building a developed, rich, civilized and prosperous country, bringing happiness to all people.
