The Ministry of Science and Technology will start the journey to connect investment for Vietnamese startups and work with major partners in the United States from September 6 (local time), to gather at Techfest Vietnam 2019 to take place for the first time in The United States (September 13) along with 200 intellectuals, experts, investors and important representatives of the innovation start-up ecosystem of the two countries.
