The “One Commune One Product” (OCOP) program has achieved many successes nationwide as well as in Quang Nam province, contributing to the development of local specialty products.

Mr. Le Van Quan, Director of My Hoa Agricultural Cooperative, not only strives to enrich himself legitimately by growing fruit trees, such as rambutan and durian, but also actively shares his experiences and knowledge to help local farmers develop their garden economy.
Mr. Huynh Viet Linh in Truong Long A commune, Chau Thanh district, Hau Giang province decided to expand agricultural production by renting land long-term to grow fruit trees instead of growing rice or short-term vegetables.
Mr. Ho Van Mai in Thanh An commune, Mo Cay Bac district, Ben Tre, has been successful in raising black apple snails in a cage model, taking advantage of ponds and ditches in his family's coconut garden.
Mr. Tran Thien Thanh in Truong Lac Ward, O Mon District stands out for his diligence, eagerness to learn and successful application of science and technology in production.
On June 12, the Agricultural Service Center, Can Tho City Department of Agriculture and Environment (DARD) organized a workshop on the results of the project "Alternating wet and dry irrigation technology in rice cultivation adapting to climate change in Vietnam" and the plan to expand the model in Can Tho City.
In the first months of 2025, Can Tho City achieved a total commercial electricity output of over 1.39 billion kWh, of which more than 50% was consumed by businesses in the industrial, construction and trade and service sectors.
