The Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Conference 2024 with the theme “New Horizons” is scheduled to take place on August 18, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City. On August 9, 2024, Phu Tho Provincial Union of Associations presided and coordinated with Viet Tri University of Industry to organize a workshop on social consultation, criticism and appraisal on: Digital transformation at professional educational institutions in Phu Tho province. MSc. Khong Manh Tien - Vice President of Phu Tho Provincial Union of Associations; Dr. Tran Thi Hang - Vice Principal of Viet Tri University of Industry co-chaired the workshop.

On August 8, 2024, the leaders of the National Committee for Standards, Metrology and Quality had working sessions with the leaders of Son La province Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality and the leaders of Bac Giang province Department of Science and Technology of on Directive No. 38-CT/TW of the Secretariat of the Central Party Executive Committee on promoting national standards, metrology and quality work until 2030 and the following years in the locality.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang requested ministries, sectors and localities to promote the application of digital technology to promptly detect and handle acts and tricks of smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the context of strong development of e-commerce.
