The Ministry of Science and Technology is submitting to the Government a draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 99/2013/ND-CP dated August 29, 2013 providing for penalties for administrative violations In the field of industrial property, a number of articles have been amended and supplemented according to Decree No. 126/2021/ND-CP dated December 30, 2021.
