On July 29, 2023, the Southern round of the "International Drone Programming Contest 2023 - Conquering the Sky" took place at EMASI Van Phuc. This is a contest organized by the Center for Research and Application of STEM Education (HCMC University of Education) and KDI Education Joint Stock Company, with the companionship of EMASI International Bilingual School and Beez Education.

On July 27, 2023, the Ministry of Science and Technology coordinated with Can Tho City People's Committee to organize a training conference for specialized inspection of science and technology in 2023: Opening session and dialogue on S&T inspection, with the participation of leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Can Tho City People's Committee; representatives of leaders of the Departments of Science and Technology, Inspection of the Department of Science and Technology across the country.

On July 26, 2023, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Science and Technology coordinated with Can Tho city Department of Science and Technology to organize a training conference for specialized inspectors of science and technology in 2023: To guide and exchange professional inspection expertise in science and technology for nearly 400 delegates from the Departments of Science and Technology across the country. This training conference is one of the series of activities of the Science and Technology Inspection Conference 2023, in Can Tho.

Within the framework of cooperation with the Asian Productivity Organization (APO), the National Productivity Authority of Pakistan visited and worked at the Directorate of Standards, Metrology and Quality for the purpose of exchanging and sharing share experiences in certification of APO productivity experts and further promote cooperation between the two member economies.
