With the topic "Science, technology and innovation - Arousing aspirations, creating the future", the purpose of celebrating Vietnam S&T Day 2021 is to celebrate and honor scientists and S&T staffs; propagating and disseminating S&T achievements, innovation results, enhancing the role and position of S&T.
