Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Chairman Nguyen Thanh Phong has just signed a decision to approve the project to support the development of an innovative startup ecosystem (innovation startup) in Ho Chi Minh City in the period of 2021 - 2025, with the goal of improving innovation capacity for 3,000 enterprises and developing 1,000 start-up projects by 2025.
